TOTW: S19 | League INT | Matchday #7
Veröffentlicht am 04.Dec.2019 - Team of the Week PC von DasKaninchen - 4106 mal gelesen

To honour special performances in the International League we will post regularly a Team of The Week. The players chosen will be based on the matchdays of that week (week 13 and 14). NONE of the players have been chosen by the writer.

How is the TOTW determined?

The only stat on the card displayed is the overall. This has been determined by the following factors:

  • Only League games, no Cup games

  • There are 7 position categories separated by the following calculation

    • GK: Clean sheet > MVP’s > Assists > Goals

    • Wingbacks (LB/LWB/RB/RWB): Clean sheets > MVP’s > Assists > Goals

    • Centre Backs (CB): Clean sheets > Goals > Assists = MVP’s

    • Central Defensive Midfielder (CDM): Clean sheets > Assists > MVP’s > Goals

    • Wing Midfielders (LM/RM/LF/RF): Assists > Goals > MVP’s

    • Central (Attacking) Midfielders (CAM/CM): Assists > Goals >MVP’s

    • Strikers (ST/CF): Goals > Assists > MVPS’s

Furthermore, a distinction is made between the games played, the points scored and the degree of difficulty of the values achieved. For example: if a team at the bottom of the table wins against the top of the table, this will be assessed separately in the calculation.

TOTW S19 Week 7

Goalkeeper

With 2 clean sheets against Tsunami Poland and Ukraine, ZOoRoO81 has earned his place in the TOTW. Making some important saves securing both clean sheets for him and his defence, bringing his total to 4 this season, ZOoRoO81 has proven himself to be a great goalkeeper fitting Legacy.

Wing Backs

Probably the strongest newcomer in this league, L19-Dukesity, is having a great season so far. The Dutchman played two solid games this week, earning him his first TOTW of the season. At this rate more cards will be following.

The former X Raptors, Revival and En Masse defender is busy playing his first season at Legacy as a midfielder and defender. This week L29-Ronan made his mark by giving quite some dangerous crosses and keeping two clean sheets. The only thing missing so far this season for him is an assist.

Centre Backs

The German from Legacy has had a great week with his team. Keeping two clean sheets, bringing his total to 8 (at the time of playing), pushing him to the top of the Without Conceding Table, drawing with Yuri (REVIVAL) and his teammate Dukesity who has been featured earlier this article.

The Scottish tank has returned from retirement this FIFA and found back his boots, or rather said: his controller. Only featured from the seventh match day it keeps many wondering why he didn’t start earlier. In the seven matches L70-PeTaH-IQ70 played he only conceded in 2 separated matches.

Central Midfielders

Throwing around with some great passes and giving two assists on his teammates, L10-BassXiN, played a big part in both victories of this week. Defensively he could rely on the solid back line and his partner in crime on RDM, Trust, giving him the opportunity to push forward and create extra mayhem in the attack.

The four time champion from England had a great week with 2 assists and 3 goals. Against Tsunami he was even involved in every single goal, single handedly securing the hard needed 3 points to even have a small glimpse on the title with his side Legacy.

Wing Midfielders

Although Ukraine has not experienced the greatest season, and still being in great danger of relegation, they seem to deliver at least one player on a weekly base in the TOTW. Giving the assist to the 1-0 versus Lex Artis in the battle against relegation, Jediaeris had a great part in the hard needed 3 points giving them slim hope on survival.

Not known as a great goalscorer this season, X-ALB8 was only involved in three goals. However, against Horizon he has proven himself not to be a player better left unmarked, scoring both goals in a surprising draw against the French side who see the title chances slipping away. It has earned him his 4th MVP this season, all gotten in a game in which he either scored or gave an assist.

Strikers

The veteran striker in the PL INT, renounced for his great playmaking and scoring abilities in the striker position, L23-Doelpunten has once more proven himself of great worth for Legacy with 2 goals and 2 assists against Tsunami Poland and Ukraine.

The last player on this week’s TOTW is IONUT_PD, the Romanian striker from Ragnarök. Scoring a penalty which will not be discussed in any detail (I swear to god this game is terrible) and making the week absolutely miserable for Horizon by scoring the winning goal in the 69th minute taking.
